With a comfort-wrapped sweatband and contrasting construction stitch, it is available in 60 unique and popular colors. The cap includes a Pro Round Crown, Mesh Back Panels, Chino Twill Front Panels, Structured design, Woven Loop Label, Slight Pre-Curve, and Plastic Snap. Fiber content varies by color.

- Price includes up to 6,000 stitches and 12 thread colors.
- Set-up charge is $50 for the first 6,000 stitches.
- For additional stitches add $.45 extra per shirt and a $25 set-up charge per 1,000 stitches.
- Please note, if you are unsure that your personalized imprint will need more than 6,000 stitches. After reviewing your art, an order specialist will determine if you will need extra stitches, and notify you before proceeding with production.

- High resolution (300 dpi +) .JPG, .TIFF, or .PNG files
- File types that require redraw or modification: files set up for Web presentation, such as low resolution JPEG, GIF, PNG etc.
Fonts
- If a specific font is used in your artwork, please email the actual font to the art department.
- If submitting an .EPS or .AI file, please outline all the fonts.
- In some instances, we have to recreate your artwork and an alternate font might be used. We have over 5000 fonts available and will present the best option to you.
