What is the minimum order quantity for custom hoodies and jackets?
Most hoodies and jackets are available from as low as 12–24 units, with some higher-end technical jackets starting closer to 12. Larger bulk orders bring the per-unit cost down — contact us for a volume quote. 

What's the difference between a hoodie, a jacket, and a soft shell?
Hoodies are fleece or jersey pullovers or zip-ups, best for everyday wear and layering. Jackets and soft shells use more technical, often water-repellent fabric and are better suited to outdoor work or wet-weather conditions. If you need genuine weather protection, look for styles noted as DWR (durable water repellent) rather than a standard fleece hoodie. 

Should I choose embroidery or a printed imprint for outerwear?
Embroidery is the standard for hoodies, jackets, and fleece — it holds up to years of wear and washing and gives a more premium look. Full-color printing works well for bold, detailed logos on lighter or flatter fabric areas. 

How long does production and delivery take?
