Order Process

Our order process is simple and easy!  This is how we do it:

1. An order can be placed via the internet or by calling our customer service department at 888-577-6667
   
   
2. If you require additional artwork/logo to be printed on your product please email your artwork to art@superiorpromos.com and include your order number in the subject line. For artwork requirements please check our Artwork Requirements Page.
   
   
3. Within 24-48 hours the art department will prepare an art proof(s) for the product(s) that you have ordered. You will receive an email notification that a proof is available in your www.superiorpromos.com account. If more time is required to setup your art proof, the art department will notify you.
   
   
4. An approval on your artwork is required before an order moves to production. Please logon to your account and approve your final design. For question about your art proof please contact the art department at 888-577-6667 or art@superiorpromos.com  
   
   
5. Upon your approval, the order will move to production for the designated amount of days as stated online. If a rush option is chosen production time will be adjusted accordingly.
   
   
6. Within 24-48 hours after your order was sent to production we will provide you with an estimated ship date for your order. If you require expedited shipping on your order please contact customer service for assistance at 888-577-6667 or email info@superiorpromos.com
   
   
7. Once the order ships you will be emailed full tracking information, cost of shipping and any over/under charges (if applicable).
    
   
8. 24-48 hours after the order ships your final invoice will be available in your account, or an invoice can be request by emailing the Billing Department at billing@superiorpromos.com
