- For the Memorable Muscle, Swimsuit, Scenic, Breast Cancer, or Simplicity date-grid, add $.30 per piece.
- For the Remington date-grid, add $.35 per piece.
Packaging Options:
- For plain envelopes, add $.10 per piece.
- For plain envelopes w/calendars inserted, add $.32 per piece.
