You will first need to find a supplier of candy bars. Many warehouse supermarkets offer large quantities for a discount. Purchasing a box of 36 candy bars can cost about $12. This works out to approximately 33 cents for each candy bar. From here you can decide on the selling price of your custom candy bars. How much profit do you hope to make? You will want to take into consideration how much time you will spend creating your custom candy bars. Once you have your template set up on your computer, this should take little time.
Almost any typing or graphics program on your computer will work for template. Templates for custom candy are also available online to download for free. To design your own template, start out by measuring a candy bar wrapper. This is the size your new wrapper will be. Custom candy bar wrappers are easy to design. You will want your custom candy bar wrapper to resemble a regular wrapper. Take notice of the placement of titles, ingredients, and smaller details, such as net weight.
