More Information On Business Holiday Gifts

When it comes to giving business holiday gifts, no one wants to see pens or stress balls with the company logo in their proverbial Christmas stocking. Those pens will get thrown into a desk, never again to see the light of day. And that stress ball? If you have good aim, you could probably bean the office gossip in the head from 50 paces with it. Let’s talk about something different, something a bit more personal.
First, keep in mind how many gifts you want to send to the company. It would be prudent to just target your main contacts there. Leave it up to them if they want to share with the other employees. Do make sure to address any accompanying card to both your contact as well as their staff. You don’t want anyone to feel slighted.
Be creative; consider ideas a bit outside the box. You are probably thinking, “That is easy for you to say!” And of course, you would be right! Keep in mind past conversations with your contact person at the company. If you know they have a sweet tooth, your business holiday gift to them could be a cookie bouquet or selection of sinful pastries artfully arranged on a decorative tray that could be reused at a later time.
If your target company has kitchen or cafeteria access, hire a personal chef to cook lunch one day or send them a catered meal. In the course of your conversations with your contact, perhaps you found out that they have back trouble or just seem a little tense. For a reasonable amount of money, you can hire a massage therapist to “set up shop” for a few hours at that company and give massages.
See? Outside the box! If you want to give a unique, yet traditional business holiday gift, consider a gift basket. The great thing about a gift basket is that you can tailor it to just about anyone or any situation. Be sure that the business creating your gift baskets comes highly recommended and has excellent products. Check with your local Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau if you needs some help finding a reputable gift basket business.
Practically everyone drinks coffee or tea, so why not create a gift basket around coffees and teas of the world? It is a cool business holiday gift and is also easily shared. Including biscotti, shortbread cookies and/or tea biscuits is a great complement to the coffees and teas.
Chocolate anyone? You cannot go wrong with chocolate! This may be the best business holiday gift idea yet! Hot chocolate mixes, gourmet chocolate candy, chocolate pretzels, chocolate sauce to dip your favorite fruits and other foods in … you get the picture.
By thinking creatively, you can give your client a personable and memorable business holiday gift. This gesture will strengthen the bond you have with your client and keep you fresh in their minds. Remember that your client will send more business your way if they are happy with you!
